Buckhead center gets Kean's, NEAC offices
Kean’s and NEAC Compressor Service have moved their offices into the Buckhead Business Center off South Sherwood Forest Boulevard.
Kean’s has relocated from a 10,000-square-foot space on O’Neal Lane into a 3,000-square-foot space at 4545 South Sherwood Forest, said Grey Hammett, of Mike Falgoust and Associates, who brokered the deal. The Kean’s offices flooded during August's flood and the company was looking for something “a little bit smaller,” he said.
In 2015, Kean’s closed eight locations, leaving seven stores open.
NEAC, a German company with offices in Houston, will take up 3,000 square feet at 4545 Sherwood Commons. Hammett said the business has partially moved into the offices. NEAC said the new office/warehouse will allow it to better serve customers along the Gulf Coast.
