Gerard began his real estate career in 1990 shortly after graduating from Louisiana State University with a degree in Economics. Since that time, he has transacted over 1,000 sales and leases in the office and industrial market valued in excess of $200,000,000 and has been recipient of numerous top awards from the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR).

In addition to client representation, he frequently offers consulting services to local and national lending institutions, attorneys, developers and property owners throughout the state.

Gerard is an active member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and a past board member of the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR. He holds Louisiana and Mississippi Real Estate Broker’s licenses as well as a Louisiana Auctioneers license.
