The developers of Bluebonnet Palms Office Park will soon break ground on its sixth office building, which will be owned and occupied by a law firm, says Chris Pike, an investment and development specialist at Mike Falgoust & Associates who represents the office park. Under Bluebonnet HP Holdings LLC, the firm has filed its plan review application with the city-parish Department of Public Works to build the 5,147-square-foot office building at 4232 Bluebonnet Blvd., near the intersection of Jefferson Highway. As Pike previously told Daily Report, a 6,000-square-foot medical building will subsequently fill the seventh plot in the eight-parcel park, and the eighth will remain vacant for a couple years for use during the expansion of the city-parish sewage system. Other plan review applications recently filed with DPW include:
• Glen Oaks High School's $1.58 million renovation of its HVAC system.
• Louisiana Connections Academy's $600,000 renovations of its 11,600-square-foot office at 4664 Jamestown Ave.
• Regis Group Network's $586,000 renovation of its approximately 14,000 square feet in One American Place at 301 Main St.
• RaceTrac Petroleum Inc.'s $400,000 renovation and 5,200-square-foot addition to its currently 5,000-square-foot Old Hammond Highway location.
