A company represented by commercial real estate developer Mike Falgoust has sold a multitenant office complex with three single-story buildings at 4521 Jamestown Ave. to Covington investors for $1.2 million.

The complex is located off Bennington Avenue, near College Drive and Interstate 10.

The seller is St. Cecile Investment Properties, represented by Falgoust. The buyer is Baton Rouge Jamestown Office Building, of Covington.

The sale was filed Tuesday in the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court Office.

Falgoust says the buyers purchased the 14,268-square-foot complex as an investment property. It has about 1,200 square feet of vacant space.

“We owned (the buildings) for 33 years, and it was time to sell,” Falgoust says.

Austin Earhart with Beau Box Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

Tenants of the complex include Volunteers of America Partnership in Child Care, Absolute Care Providers and Leading Health Care of Louisiana, Inc., among others.
